No problem! There are three ways ways we can solve this:
- Simply call us (Customer service representatives can hear) and let us know what to inform our cleaning professional prior to arriving.
- Give our cleaning professional a written note in upon their arrival
- All cleaning professionals are equipped with a speech-to-text app on their phone. Simply speak into their phone and he/she will be able to read what you said and reply accordingly. Cool huh!!?
